C’est pourquoi les anciens pieux prédécesseurs, lorsqu’ils appelaient à Allâh dans n’importe quel pays où ils se rendaient, et qu’ils ont ouvert par la science et le Qor’ân, avant l’épée et la lance ; la première des choses qu’ils enseignaient aux gens était la langue arabe. C’est de cette manière que la langue et la jurisprudence de la langue arabe étaient propagées. Au point même que ce sont des gens d’autres pays qui nous enseignent les fondements de la langue arabe, et ce, par leur intérêt et le soin porté de leur part à la langue arabe.

C’est pareillement que nous trouvons aujourd’hui des pieux parmi les gens de science, qu’ils soient de l’Ouest à l’Est, qui se sont donnés la volonté d’enseigner aux gens cette langue arabe. Mais pourquoi ? Ils ne l’ont pas fait pour la poésie arabe ou sa sensualité. Non, mais ils l’ont fait pour la langue de l’Islâm, la langue du Qor’ân, et pour la compréhension [jurisprudentielle] de la langue d’Allâh ﷻ et de Son Envoyé (ﷺ).

L’attention particulière qu’il faut donner à la langue arabe fait partie des caractéristiques des anciens pieux dans leur voie méthodologique au prêche. Ils n’appelaient pas à la langue des peuples, en délaissant les gens sans qu’ils comprennent la langue arabe. Ils enseignaient aux gens des choses de l’Islâm et demandaient à y appeler par ce qui constituait leur langue. Ils leur enseignaient la langue arabe autant que possible. Il n’est pas possible d’être un prêcheur érudit dans son prêche, sans connaître la langue arabe. C’est pourquoi il est nécessaire incontestablement que les prêcheurs aujourd’hui, présents dans les centres islamiques, institutions et associations musulmanes, qu’ils viennent de l’Ouest à l’Est, qu’ils œuvrent et portent soin à la science et à la langue arabe. Ils ne trouveront pas la force de l’Islâm, si ce n’est par la force des gens de science et des gens du prêche. Et les gens de science comme les gens du prêche ne trouveront pas force, si ce n’est dans la force qu’ils pénétreront de la langue arabe. Si nous accordons une compréhension de la langue arabe de manière à développer une déduction du sens caché de la langue, des règles linguistiques et oratoires, nous serons dans la justesse de la compréhension du Livre d’Allâh ﷻ, et de la Sounnah de Son Envoyé (ﷺ).
