BismiLLehi Er-Rahmâni Er-Rahîm

Abâ Hayân a dit : « Certes Allâh a protégé la communauté musulmane avec SHeikh El-Islâm Ibn Taymiyyah, comme il a protégé la communauté musulmane avec Abû Bakr Es-Siddîq le jour de l’apostasie » [1]. Et cela a fait l’office d’un poème réputé.

L’objectif en cela est de comprendre qu’Allâh a certes donné à SHeikh al-Islâm Ibn Taymiyyah (rahimahouALLÂH) la science. Mon SHeikh, Mouhammad Ibn ‘Abdel-‘Azîz El-Moutawa’ – un des élèves de notre grand SHeikh Ibn Sa’dî (rahimahoumâ ALLÂH) – et auprès de qui nous avons pris en premier notre science, a dit : « C’est un homme (Ibn Taymiyyah) dont la science lui a été amollie, comme le fer a été amolli au Prophète Dâwoud. » Et cela est authentique. SHeikh El-Islâm Ibn Taymiyyah (rahimahouALLÂH) avait une grande science sur beaucoup de choses.

Notre SHeikh Mouhammad Ibn ‘Abdel-‘Azîz El-Moutawa’ (rahimahouALLÂH) a encore dit : « Concernant cet homme (Ibn Taymiyyah), on peut considérer que la science qu’Allâh lui a accordée fait partie des prodiges. Il était au dessus des normes. Parfois, il pouvait mémoriser par cœur vingt ouvrages. Il disait : cela dans le livre d’untel et untel…parmi les ouvrages philosophiques. » Cela est vraiment une chose stupéfiante. [2]

[1] Note : Lorsque le Prophète (ﷺ) mourut, la plupart des musulmans apostasièrent. Ce fut un fléau terrible. Durant cette épreuve, Allâh accorda la fermeté et l’intransigeance à Aboû Bakr Es-Siddîq
